I’ve mentioned this on numerous occasions in the past but it is worth saying again: not every one is going to like you and your approach to business. Not everyone is going to warm to you or feel comfortable with your style or ethics.

Early on in this series we talked about not making excuses for what you don’t have and making the best of what you do. If you spend your time making excuses you will never actually start DOING anything!

But you should also be aware of your weaknesses and know when it’s time to bring in people that can do the things you are less able to do.
